En fait ce blog est un essai de lancer une coopération culinaire entre mère et filles en y mettant des recettes qu'on aime ou en donnant de petites astuces pour améliorer le goût des résultats par exemple... (c'est aussi un peu un cadeau de Noel pour ma mère, en espérant qu'elle va l'utiliser).
C'est aussi un moyen pour nous de rester en contact, alors qu'on habite tous dans des pays différents!
Ce qui m'amène aussi au genre plus individuel de chacune;
Je vois ma soeur plutôt en cuisine française, voire belge avec peut-être quelques influences arabes... ;o)
Ma mère je dirais aussi plutôt cuisine française avec quelques influences d'Inde par-ci, par-là! Personnellement je me vois plutôt cuisine européenne (française, allemande) avec quelques traits asiatiques (comme j'habitais en Thailande pendant 6 mois et que j'ai vraiment adoré cette façon de cuisiner)

So the first step has been taken, the blog is open and online!
In fact this blog is an attempt to start a culinary collaboration between mother and daughters by exchanging beloved recipes and by giving each others maybe some tips in how to improve some of the recipes or the taste for example.
(It is also a sort of Christmas-gift for my mother, hoping firmly that she will use it)
It will also be a way for us to stay in contact eventhough we all live in different countries. Which brings me to the idea that all of us have slightly different influences when cooking;
I would say my sister's influences are more from the French, Belgian or Italian side which maybe a little arabian or african touch ;o)
My mother I also a see a little more on the French & Italian cooking side with Indian and African touches here and there.
As for myself I also think that I'm quite on the European side (French, German and Italian) with some big Thai/Asian influence since I have lived there for several months and still think its one of the best cuisines in the world!(Please correct me if I was wrong with my impressions of my family!)
